Internal renovations to a single level home with the purpose of creating more functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces and meet the needs of a growing family. The original design was reconfigured to include a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional bedroom space was generated by converting the garage to a parent’s retreat, complete with ensuite and walk-in-robe. Street frontage appeal was gained instantly with a new timber deck and stairs constructed at the front entry. A modern and fresh transformation for this beach cottage.
