Founder and owner, Dan Sykes has been building for over 15 years, developing a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential renovations over this time. A qualified carpenter and licensed builder, he is extremely passionate about all areas of building and producing projects of an exceptional standard. Easy going and approachable, Dan will guide you seamlessly through every stage of your project.
 
 

the pivotal process

Renovating a home, whether it be a big or small project involves a lot of planning, revision and time, even before any building work actually takes place. It’s all in the details! We will guide you, our client, through the process as seamlessly as possible, from the first point of contact through to the completion of a project.

 

We provide an initial onsite consultation with our licenced builder to talk in more detail about your proposed project including a comprehensive cost estimate of proposed building works. We have a trusted network of draftsman, architects, engineers, certifiers and interior consultants that we work closely with to assist you at the preliminary and planning stages of your renovation.

 

We manage all aspects of the building stage including demolition, scheduling of works and coordination of materials, suppliers and trades involved. Our project manager will regularly meet with you to review progress, make any necessary changes and finalise the finer details of the build. It is important to us that at the time of handover the end result is a quality project we are proud of and that exceeds our client’s expectations.
