Major renovations of a two-storey villa to create a modern family home. The original floor plan was reconfigured and modifications to structural supports were made so as to further open up the space. The build also involved a new kitchen, two bathrooms and the addition of a timber deck. The combination of timber and stone finishes and a natural colour palette used throughout the project made for a beautifully cohesive end result.
